When you submit the quote form: your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, the property address if you give it, and any details you add.
With each form submission, automatically: your IP address, your browser’s user agent string, the page you submitted from and the time. We use these to stop spam and abuse, including limiting how many requests can be sent from one address in an hour.
When you browse the site: the web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not sell your information.
- Fonts are served from this site, not loaded from a third-party font service.
How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out the work you ask for, and keep the site secure. We may contact you about the request you made. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database on our hosting server, and a notification of each request is sent by email to the person handling quotes. Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf. We share your details with anyone else only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond, carry out and follow up the work, and to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Cookies
The site does not set cookies for visitors. Cookies are used only when an administrator logs in to manage the site.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send a request through the contact form and say it is a privacy request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
